Not All Smooth Sailing...

It is fitting that Tom's office is located close to the Harbour. We set out on a voyage to sell our loved property in Sawtell with Tom at the helm. Initially the waters in the harbour were calm and all was well. Then we became becalmed and doubts arose as to whether we would ever reach our desired port. BUT water and weather changes! The sun shone, the winds blew and we were making great progress again. Then the storm clouds appeared and the waves began to toss us around. We retreated into our cabin fearing that we may have to abandon ship. All the while Tom, the captain of our vessel, was guiding it and us safely towards our destination. What was described fit perfectly with the criteria my partner and I were looking for in a first home and the price was fantastic.
